The Basic/Advanced Prehospital Trauma Emergency Care Instructor course enhances knowledge and confidence when making critical decisions. It provides practical material for the students and accompanies them through training in a controlled environment under simulation.
The course presents scenarios where the environment, planning, simulation materials (manikins, actors with special effects makeup, audiovisual recordings), and instructor training facilitate and transform an exercise into a unique, constructive, and reproducible experience.
It is especially recommended for healthcare professionals or rescuers engaged in socially responsible activities, such as firefighters, ambulance drivers, lifeguards, police, etc.

Course Format

Hybrid course, semi-presential.

This course and all of its materials are only available in spanish for the moment.

The course consists of 5 modules of LIVE and ONLINE sessions with mandatory attendance from the start date and one day of practical exercises. There is a 100% online option available.

  • Online learning where each participant follows the lessons at their own pace.
  • 5 group sessions of 90 minutes each, live via Zoom!
  • One day of in-person practical exercises.
  • Evaluation: Upon completion of module 5 of the course (and having attended all the sessions and practical exercises), the student will take an online theoretical exam.

Certification

International Certification as a Basic/Advanced Prehospital Trauma Management Instructor awarded by the AIDER international training network – www.aider.org.

The certification includes:

  • Digital attendance diploma.
  • Digital credential for course completion.
